Across 28 years in IT — including 20 leading projects, programs, products and delivery — I've operated in software development, systems implementation, ERP, logistics, credit, and financial services. My foundation in systems analysis and software development still shapes how I lead: close to the teams, fluent in the technical detail, and focused on outcomes rather than ceremony.
